This Privacy Policy applies to the processing of personal data that EUREX, REPRESENTACIONES Y DISTRIBUCIÓN, SL, –hereinafter CONTROLLER– carries out as Controller thereof, in relation to the data that users provide as a result of purchasing the products sold by CONTROLLER, or collected in any of the sections of the website www.eurex-sl.com

2.- Purposes of the treatment.

The CONTROLLER understands that by providing us with this data, the interested party expressly declares, accepts and consents to its processing for the purposes described above.

  • Right of rectification: It allows errors to be corrected, data that is found to be inaccurate or incomplete to be modified, and the accuracy of the information being processed to be guaranteed.
  • Right to erasure: allows you to request the deletion of the data being processed.
